East County is advancing a landmark renewable power facility as part of its Advanced Water Purification program, delivered in partnership with Anaergia. The project integrates renewable energy generation with wastewater treatment to strengthen long-term water and energy resilience while reducing operational costs and environmental impact.
Anaergia has launched new biomethane projects in Spain under C$25 million in newly activated contracts, advancing the development of anaerobic digestion facilities that convert olive oil production waste into renewable energy and support Europe’s transition to sustainable, circular energy solutions.
Anaergia Technologies, LLC has signed a contract with PepsiCo Mexico Foods subsidiary Sabritas to deliver an integrated waste-to-energy solution at a food production facility in Mexico, converting 50,000 tons of organic residuals per year into carbon-negative biomethane. The project will offset fossil natural gas use on site and is expected to cut CO₂ emissions by up to 4,000 tons annually by the end of 2026.
Anaergia delivered a strong third quarter in 2025, returning to positive Adjusted EBITDA and achieving a 77% increase in revenue year-over-year.
