Anaergia Reports Strong Q3 25 …

Anaergia delivered a strong third quarter in 2025, returning to positive Adjusted EBITDA and achieving a 77% increase in revenue year-over-year. With significant growth in its capital project pipeline and a Revenue Backlog reaching C$287 million, the company continues to strengthen its leadership in renewable natural gas and advanced waste-to-value technologies.
Anaergia Inc. (TSX: ANRG; OTCQX: ANRGF), a global leader in waste-to-renewable-energy technologies, announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, delivering a solid performance driven by its strategic transition to a capital-light business model and sustained market demand for renewable natural gas (RNG) solutions.

During the quarter, Anaergia reported C$51.4 million in revenue, representing a 77% increase compared to Q3 2024. This strong growth was primarily the result of accelerated project execution—particularly capital sales projects in Italy and North America—confirming the company’s strengthened operational focus. Gross profit also increased significantly, rising 146% year-over-year to C$14.8 million, while gross margin improved from 20.7% to 28.8%.

Importantly, Anaergia returned to positive Adjusted EBITDA, posting C$2.6 million, a major turnaround from the C$6.4 million loss recorded during the same period last year. This improvement reflects the success of Anaergia’s refined commercial approach, disciplined cost management, and expansion of high-margin capital sales.

In addition, the company’s Revenue Backlog grew to C$287 million, up from C$244 million in the previous quarter and from C$103 million at the beginning of the year. This growth signals rising global demand for advanced waste-to-energy solutions and demonstrates Anaergia’s strengthened pipeline across multiple markets.

“Our strong third-quarter results underscore the effectiveness of our capital-light strategy and the trust placed in Anaergia’s technology worldwide,” said Assaf Onn, CEO of Anaergia. “As more regions invest in sustainable infrastructure, Anaergia is positioned to capture these opportunities and deliver long-term growth across our global operations.”

Anaergia continues to leverage its portfolio of proprietary technologies to convert organic waste into renewable natural gas, fertilizer, and clean water, supporting municipalities and industries in their transition to carbon-negative resource recovery models.
