As the Slovak government initiates its bold plans to redevelop the Bratislava cargo ports, Alfa Group’s contribution stands out as a key catalyst in this transformation. Situated in the winter harbor near the vibrant Mlynské nivy district, the new hotel will provide a state-of-the-art facility for employees of shipping companies while also serving visitors from the upcoming residential district.

The hotel will feature 260 double rooms, 23 quadruple rooms, and amenities like a fitness and wellness center. With 14 above-ground and two underground levels, it will offer nearly 200 parking spaces, designed to accommodate the growing demands of the region.
